Studies consistently show that people of color are still being arrested for cannabis offenses at disproportionately higher rates than white people, even in states where cannabis has been legalized. True cannabis justice means ending purchase limits, legalizing homegrow for all, and putting an end to the failed war on drugs once and for all.
