Today I am diving into a new baller jar from my favorite BHO brand in Michigan, True North Concentrates. They always put out top tier products at an affordable price and none of their concentrates are run through CRC just to make them look pretty. True North recently had a new drop with a wide variety of flavors and I had to grab a jar to review. I went with the Snowberry Runtz Live Sugar Sauce that came in at an impressive 12.38 percent terpenes, and I believed it the moment I cracked the jar open and got a whiff.
Snowberry Runtz is an indica dominant cross of Mac Flurry and Cherry Runtz. It has an extremely sweet, candy like berry aroma with light citrus notes that cut through the sweetness.

This jar was consistent with the rest of their live sugar sauces. It has a glossy layer of terpenes on top and beautiful sugar crystals underneath waiting for you to scoop into your banger or erig. I like to mix my sugar sauces to make them easier to scoop out instead of fighting with a flat dabber. I have been dabbing this at 480 degrees which gave me that same sweet candy berry flavor with a slight gas note on the exhale. It left no dark residue in my banger, only a clean light golden puddle.
Even though this is an indica dominant hybrid, I found it perfect for relaxing and unwinding without feeling stuck or sleepy. It helps you shut your mind off without any fogginess and gives a nice mental lift that comes with some giggles. The munchies were present but not overwhelming. It was more of a light craving than a full on need to eat everything in the kitchen.
Overall I found this to be a great new strain to add to the True North lineup. I would recommend it to anyone looking for something enjoyable to dab on while playing games or watching movies at home. True North Concentrates continues to stand out for clean and high quality BHO in a Michigan market full of choices. This is one you should absolutely try.
