Ravioli boys are back at it again, and this second drop proves they’re here to stay. Kush Papi and Cam, the Italian duo behind Ravioli, have been putting out some of the most premium packs on the market, and their latest strain drops show that they’re only getting better. I was able to grab the Rainbow Ravioli pack during one of my last visits to Stash Dispensary in Orland Hills, big shout out to them for always carrying the latest craft products and having an amazing and knowledgeable staff.
Rainbow Ravioli is Flora Arbor grown Moonbow, which is a cross between Zkittlez and Do Si Dos and has some great bag appeal with some dense and sticky buds. Dark and light greens mix together with plenty of orange hairs throughout. Breaking it down leaves your fingers a bit sticky, which I love to see, especially for a brand without any remediation.
The nose on this was super sweet as soon as I opened the pack with a candy like aroma that was very fruit forward with a bit of a tang that tickled my nose hairs. That smell carried over very nicely to the taste with the sweet fruity candy flavors really taking off along with some hints of gassiness on the back end.
The effects were very euphoric with an initial uplifting and mood elevating mental high that mellowed out perfectly into a calm and relaxing body buzz that can leave you feeling a little couch locked.This Rainbow Ravioli made a good afterwork smoke, especially on more physical days and was a perfect way to unwind. Another banger from the boys at Ravioli and the Flora Arbor team and can’t wait to see what else they are going to be offering in the future.
